Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the EarnBig app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your region.

2. What EarnBig does

EarnBig helps you keep track of credit card credits, FSA balances, loyalty and employer perks, and reminds you before they expire. You choose the cards you carry; EarnBig does not connect to your financial accounts and does not see your card numbers.

3. Information only, not advice

Benefit values, reset dates and claiming steps come from our catalog and card issuers' published terms. Issuers can change or end benefits at any time, and we may be out of date or wrong. AIRA, our AI assistant, can also be wrong. Nothing in EarnBig is financial, tax or legal advice. Always confirm details with your card issuer or plan administrator before relying on them.

4. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app.

5. Subscriptions

EarnBig is free to start. EarnBig Premium is a paid subscription, currently $9.99 per month, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, scrape, overload or reverse engineer it, no unlawful use, and no putting sensitive data such as card numbers or passwords into AIRA.

7. Our rights

EarnBig and its content, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You keep ownership of the data you enter.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnBig is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed or expired benefits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or the Service. If we make a material change we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. You can stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
